We will be holding a donation-based Slow Flow class with all proceeds going to a wonderful local foundation, Clara's Hope

 
 

Clara’s Hope aspires to help families have success in foster care and adoption.  Supports offered are geared toward moving families from simply surviving to thriving.

We will be taking cash donations and/or children’s necessities/toys at the door. We will also be accepting donations for a week leading up to the class in our lobby. 

Clara's Hope is also in need of volunteers to bring their families meals or clean once a month! Contact them at www.clarashope.org for more info.
