This workshop is for all levels, as it will start off with basic yoga fundamentals.
Then, flow through creative, unique, and intuitive posture sequences that challenge the mind and body. Upbeat music to keep the energy flowing and the mind engaged. Experience moments of strength, growth, flexibility, balance. Be inspired to breathe, move, sweat, and smile.
Followed by deep yin style postures to create a deep stretch in the muscles and stimulate a healing effect to the connective tissues and joints, with much of the focus around low back and hips.
