Interested in deepening your yoga practice or becoming a yoga teacher? Join Maureen Bosker (Yoga In the Woods) at Soul Yoga for a 200/300 hour RYT Yoga Teacher training program this Fall!
Maureen Bosker has a deep knowledge and appreciation for the practice of Ashtanga Yoga with over 24 years of yoga study and 12 years of leading teacher training programs. She has trained with amazing certified Ashtanga teachers including Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga, David Swenson, Beryl Bender Birch, & Kathy McNames. This training program will be very individualized according to your desires and needs. It will provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of teaching yoga based from the Ashtanga Yoga System, lineage of Krishnamacharya - preparing you for the Basic Hatha, Power, Slow Flow, Vinyasa and other styles of classes.
Maureen will be joining us for the a "Common Misalignments Workshop," following that will be an open house free for everyone to come meet the teacher & ask any questions!

We will be requiring 65 hours face to face with lead instructors for 200 hr, RYT and 135 hours face to face for 300 hr. RYT certification. 100 will be with Maureen. 10 observation classes will be assigned. Homework will be required and reading assignments will vary.
