Slow Flow

One of our most popular classes, Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down our nervous system relaxes, we focus on our breath, & we become stronger mentally and physically. This class is great for beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners! No yoga experience needed, come as you are.

Gentle Basic

A gentle yoga flow wonderful for beginners, those suffering from an injury, students returning from a long break, prenatal or anyone who just wants to slow down. Learn basic, essential yoga poses to create the foundation for your practice. In this class we will work on building strength and flexibility, as well as relieving unwanted tension and stress. No yoga experience needed!

Unwind and realign! We will work to create more flexibility, stability and greater immune function by using props to open and lengthen the connective tissue. The pace is slow and exploratory, which allows us to drop deeply into each pose and area of focus. This class is great for every level of experience as it offers complementary technique to anyone’s existing practice.

Restorative yoga is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. The temperature in the room is cooler, so dress warm and comfortable. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries. Restorative is beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep sleep. Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice, no yoga experience needed.

A seated practice where poses are held anywhere from 1-5 minutes allowing you to work deep into the connective tissues around the joint. Gain flexibility as well as deepen your meditation practice and enhance your yoga practice overall. We offer an assortment of props to accommodate everyone! A wonderful, detoxifying class - great for beginner & all levels.

Aroma Flow

Aroma Flow is an introductory class on the therapeutic benefits of essential oils combined with movement. Suitable for all levels, aroma flow is a beautiful combination of stretching, building strength, and heightening our senses. Our focus will be on aromatherapy as we connect with our breath through yoga asanas. The oils are carefully selected for each class so they pair well together; often a theme is given. You will leave feeling relaxed, more informed, and smelling wonderful!

Blend is for everyone! A mix of slow flow and yin yoga, this class is intended to gently warm the body.  Slow flow is a meditative flow that offers mindful movements that are linked with the breath. Yin yoga involves holding passive postures for 1-5 minutes. Intended to help you sit longer and more comfortably in meditation.

Candlelight Flow

Come wind down with us after a long day in an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. The room is very dim and outlined in candles (no flame). Relax, stretch, & breathe. Enjoy a long savasana to offer the upmost relaxation. The perfect class for beginners!

Short Form Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a very traditional practice. It is a set series that is done the same way every time. This practice will help to build strength, flexibility, balance, and most importantly breath.  Ashtanga means eight limbed practice. This translates into a way of living, a way of being. Not just on your mat but off. This practice will help to transform your physical practice, your body and more importantly your mind. This class is a short form version of the Primary Series. It is 1 hour long and will consist of a series of warm ups, standing postures, balancing postures, seated postures, forward folds, twists, backbends and inversions. Each pose will be held for 5 count/breath. It is a great class for anyone looking to deepen their own practice. Recommended for students that have attended 1-3 yoga classes.

This class is powerful, energetic, creative, and fun! Synchronizing breath with moment, including standing, seated, & reclining poses, core isolation, inversions, & back bends.
