Karma Yoga
When we hear the word yoga, most often a picture of Down Dog, or perhaps Warrior A comes to mind. But the word yoga actually means union. It represents building a connection with self and also with others. At Soul, we gather to practice just that and we want EVERYONE to have the opportunity to get involved. Now, we know that sometimes with the ebb + flow of life and the crazy unexpected ways the tides turn, we can find ourselves in a place where abundance doesn’t necessarily show up monetarily. But, often it shows up as love + support instead.
We have created something we call Karma Yoga Weekend. Pay-it-forward practices help to bring together the beauty of gifting + receiving. A weekend of all donation-based classes with 100% of the proceeds raised will fund community members currently in a season of life that could use a little help.
If you or anyone you know doesn’t quite have the means to pay for yoga right now, our community will help make it happen. To be considered to receive funded yoga you will apply below. Applications are live and we will award as many as possible.
