Menopause is a journey best traveled with support.

Join Pam Burgess for a nurturing afternoon designed specifically for women in all stages of menopause. Through yoga, meditation, education, and community connection, we'll explore ways to navigate common symptoms while supporting overall health and well-being.

The workshop begins with a one-hour yoga practice designed to help regulate the nervous system, promote balance, and offer relief from some of the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany menopause.

Following practice, participants will gather in a supportive women's circle where everyone is invited to share their experiences, ask questions, and connect with others walking a similar path. By bringing together women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, we create an opportunity to learn from one another and foster a sense of belonging and understanding.

Connection and communication are powerful tools during this season of life. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where every participant feels supported, seen, and empowered.

This workshop is ideal for women seeking practical tools to help manage symptoms, deepen their understanding of menopause, and connect with a supportive community.

Participants will also receive access to an interactive Band app community to continue conversations and connection beyond the workshop.
