The days after Thanksgiving can feel like a blur: a rush of plans, people, food, shopping, noise + expectation.
Before December sweeps you back into motion, pause for an evening devoted to relaxation.
A Collective Exhale: Unraveling the Rush is a 90-minute online sanctuary of stillness (Soul Yoga’s first virtual offering since 2020)
We’ll begin our time together with a little journaling to clear the mind + breathwork to steady the body. Next we will move through some simple floor-based stretches + then rest fully in a guided 40-minute yoga nidra. This will be a meditative practice so restorative you can drift right into sleep as the class closes.
Come as you are. Pajamas welcome, cameras optional.
Light a candle, grab your favorite blanket + allow yourself to truly exhale.
We will finish the night calmer, clearer + ready to meet the coming season with ease.What to Expect:
