Nourish: A 21-Day Cleanse for Body + Mind + Soul

Join Darcel Hawkins for a spring gathering designed to gently reset the body, mind, and soul.

Rooted in the foundation of Alejandro Junger’s Clean Program and expanded through years of study and experience, this 21-day cleanse integrates modern scientific understanding with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Together, we’ll explore wellness through the lens of the seasons — learning about doshas, digestion, and the “how,” “when,” and “what” of eating in the spring.

This is not a restrictive cleanse.
This program is meant to deeply nourish — not deplete.

Through food, movement, meditation, journaling, and community connection, Nourish invites you to reconnect with your body’s intelligence and inner intuition. Whether you commit to the full 21 days or join for part of the journey, this experience offers support, clarity, and grounding as we move into the new season.

Your body will feel supported.
Your mind will feel clearer.
Your heart will say, “thank you.”

Program Includes:

  • Nutritional guidance and seasonal education

  • 22 thought-provoking journal prompts

  • Recipes and practices to support gentle detoxification
