Storytime Yin

A balanced blend of stretch, surrender + script.

If you thought yin yoga was relaxing before, you must try this…

Join Pam Burgess + Darcel Hawkins for a cozy, deeply restful evening where yin yoga meets the simple comfort of storytime.

Throughout this special 75-minute practice, you'll settle into passive yin shapes designed to encourage the body to soften and release while listening to a story read aloud. With nowhere to rush and nothing to accomplish, you're invited to simply settle in, listen, and receive.

The combination of sustained yin postures, intentional stillness, and storytelling creates a meditative experience reminiscent of yoga nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, allowing the mind to quiet as the body moves toward deeper relaxation.

We'll finish the evening with an extra-long savasana, giving you plenty of time to rest and absorb the practice.

Think cozy. Quiet. Unhurried. A little bit yoga class, a little bit bedtime story. 📖🌙
