Join us for a two-part Inversions Workshop designed to help you safely explore, build, and grow your inversion practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to refine your skills, this series will guide you step by step—helping you build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your body.
Part 1: Headstand & Forearm Stand
Saturday, May 2 | 1:00–3:00 PM
with Jamie Bell
We’ll begin by building a strong foundation, focusing on alignment, stability, and safe entry into headstand and forearm stand. This session is designed to help you feel supported and confident as you explore being upside down.
Part 2: Handstand
Sunday, May 3 | 1:00–3:00 PM
with Rachel Money
In Part 2, we’ll take things further with a handstand-focused session. You’ll start with a short, energizing flow to warm the body, followed by drills, techniques, and guided practice to help you build strength and control.

Each workshop can be taken on its own, or together as a complete experience.
